NEIL3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NEIL3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,130 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NEIL3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NCAPD2, NPM1_T199, and PAICS_S27. Each is linked with NEIL3 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NEIL3-to-partner and partner-to-NEIL3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NEIL3 versus NCAPD2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.63.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NEIL3→partner) and Y-score (partner→NEIL3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
