Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, NEGR1-IT1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 7 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated NEGR1-IT1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), where higher NEGR1-IT1 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NEGR1-IT1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

CESC, BRCA, and SKCM are the cancer types where NEGR1-IT1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
