NEFM

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NEFM mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 52 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NEFM-associated genes across cancer lineages are HER3_pY1289, BRCA2, and FoxM1. Each is linked with NEFM in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NEFM-to-partner and partner-to-NEFM results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HER3_pY1289 grouped by NEFM-low versus NEFM-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NEFM→partner) and Y-score (partner→NEFM) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
