Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, NEFH mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 40 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NEFH-associated genes across cancer lineages are LILRA1, SIGLEC8, and ZAN. Each is linked with NEFH in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NEFH-to-partner and partner-to-NEFH results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LILRA1 grouped by NEFH-low versus NEFH-high in SOFT_TISSUE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NEFH→partner) and Y-score (partner→NEFH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
