NEDD4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NEDD4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,754 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NEDD4-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP88, ATP5F1B, and EBNA1BP2. Each is linked with NEDD4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NEDD4-to-partner and partner-to-NEDD4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP88 grouped by NEDD4-low versus NEDD4-high in LGG.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NEDD4→partner) and Y-score (partner→NEDD4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
