NECAB2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NECAB2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 191 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NECAB2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4769, RN7SL248P, and RNU6-774P. Each is linked with NECAB2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NECAB2-to-partner and partner-to-NECAB2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR4769 grouped by NECAB2-low versus NECAB2-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NECAB2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NECAB2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
