NEBL

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NEBL mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,522 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NEBL-associated genes across cancer lineages are DUS3L, SKA3, and TUBA1C. Each is linked with NEBL in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NEBL-to-partner and partner-to-NEBL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DUS3L grouped by NEBL-low versus NEBL-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NEBL→partner) and Y-score (partner→NEBL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
