NEB

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NEB RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,819 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NEB-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SPAST, WIPF3, and PAK6_S347. Each is linked with NEB in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NEB-to-partner and partner-to-NEB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NEB versus SPAST in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NEB→partner) and Y-score (partner→NEB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
