NEB

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NEB protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,514 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NEB-associated genes across cancer lineages are ANK2, HSPB8, and ASB2. Each is linked with NEB in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NEB-to-partner and partner-to-NEB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NEB versus ANK2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NEB→partner) and Y-score (partner→NEB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
