NEB

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NEB mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 124 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NEB-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCNA, PKC-delta_pS664, and Cyclin-E1. Each is linked with NEB in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NEB-to-partner and partner-to-NEB results are reported.
