Across TCGA cell cohorts, NEB RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,939 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NEB-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Mitotic DNA integrity checkpoint signaling, RNA catabolic process, and Post-transcriptional gene silencing. Each is linked with NEB in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NEB-to-partner and partner-to-NEB results are reported.
