NEB

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NEB mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,472 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NEB-associated genes across cancer lineages are NUP54, C9orf92, and UBE2G1. Each is linked with NEB in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NEB-to-partner and partner-to-NEB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NUP54 grouped by NEB-low versus NEB-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NEB→partner) and Y-score (partner→NEB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
