NDUFS8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NDUFS8 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 203 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NDUFS8-associated genes across cancer lineages are PGAM5P1, NXNP1, and NLGN1-AS1. Each is linked with NDUFS8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NDUFS8-to-partner and partner-to-NDUFS8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PGAM5P1 grouped by NDUFS8-low versus NDUFS8-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NDUFS8→partner) and Y-score (partner→NDUFS8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
