NDUFS7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NDUFS7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,560 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NDUFS7-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GNA11, MANF, and RAVER1. Each is linked with NDUFS7 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NDUFS7-to-partner and partner-to-NDUFS7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NDUFS7 versus GNA11 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NDUFS7→partner) and Y-score (partner→NDUFS7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
