Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NDUFS7 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,873 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NDUFS7-associated genes across cancer lineages are CXCL3, MEFV, and CEP68. Each is linked with NDUFS7 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NDUFS7-to-partner and partner-to-NDUFS7 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NDUFS7 versus CXCL3 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.31.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NDUFS7→partner) and Y-score (partner→NDUFS7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
