NDUFS2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NDUFS2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,286 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NDUFS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRELID1P2, RN7SKP221, and RNU7-20P. Each is linked with NDUFS2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NDUFS2-to-partner and partner-to-NDUFS2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PRELID1P2 grouped by NDUFS2-low versus NDUFS2-high in HNSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NDUFS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NDUFS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
