NDUFC1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NDUFC1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NDUFC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR634, RNU6-420P, and KRTAP4-7. Each is linked with NDUFC1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NDUFC1-to-partner and partner-to-NDUFC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR634 grouped by NDUFC1-low versus NDUFC1-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NDUFC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NDUFC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
