Across TCGA patient cohorts, NDUFA6-DT RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,169 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NDUFA6-DT-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ZNF830, XRCC6, and XRCC5. Each is linked with NDUFA6-DT in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NDUFA6-DT-to-partner and partner-to-NDUFA6-DT results are reported.
