Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, NDUFA6-DT RNA is linked to patient survival in 24 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated NDUFA6-DT data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher NDUFA6-DT RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NDUFA6-DT expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC and BRCA show a favorable association.

HNSC, BRCA, and ACC are the cancer types where NDUFA6-DT RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
