NDUFA10

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NDUFA10 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,681 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NDUFA10-associated genes across cancer lineages are ALDOC, RAB34, and ZNF430. Each is linked with NDUFA10 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NDUFA10-to-partner and partner-to-NDUFA10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NDUFA10 versus ALDOC in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.25.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NDUFA10→partner) and Y-score (partner→NDUFA10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
