NDUFA10

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NDUFA10 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,611 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NDUFA10-associated genes across cancer lineages are SENP3-EIF4A1, RNA5SP75, and CENPM. Each is linked with NDUFA10 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NDUFA10-to-partner and partner-to-NDUFA10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SENP3-EIF4A1 grouped by NDUFA10-low versus NDUFA10-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NDUFA10→partner) and Y-score (partner→NDUFA10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
