Across TCGA patient cohorts, NDST1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,851 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NDST1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC36A1, PRRC2B, and FBXL18. Each is linked with NDST1 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NDST1-to-partner and partner-to-NDST1 results are reported.
