NDRG4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NDRG4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19 significant associations in total. OVARY shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NDRG4-associated genes across cancer lineages are A4GNT, TTLL8, and DEFA4. Each is linked with NDRG4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NDRG4-to-partner and partner-to-NDRG4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, A4GNT grouped by NDRG4-low versus NDRG4-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NDRG4→partner) and Y-score (partner→NDRG4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
