NDRG1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NDRG1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,231 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NDRG1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTND2P30, RNU6-499P, and MVD. Each is linked with NDRG1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NDRG1-to-partner and partner-to-NDRG1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MTND2P30 grouped by NDRG1-low versus NDRG1-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NDRG1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NDRG1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
