Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NDP protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,540 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NDP-associated genes across cancer lineages are DENND5B, NDNF, and NMU. Each is linked with NDP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NDP-to-partner and partner-to-NDP results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NDP versus DENND5B in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.61.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NDP→partner) and Y-score (partner→NDP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
