Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NDP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 82 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NDP-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP411, OFD1P13Y, and FTLP18. Each is linked with NDP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NDP-to-partner and partner-to-NDP results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP411 grouped by NDP-low versus NDP-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NDP→partner) and Y-score (partner→NDP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
