NDNF

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NDNF RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 21,536 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NDNF-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HNMT, SSC5D, and BDH2. Each is linked with NDNF in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NDNF-to-partner and partner-to-NDNF results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NDNF versus HNMT in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NDNF→partner) and Y-score (partner→NDNF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
