NDNF

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NDNF mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,622 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NDNF-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-236P, KCTD9P3, and FGF21. Each is linked with NDNF in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NDNF-to-partner and partner-to-NDNF results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-236P grouped by NDNF-low versus NDNF-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NDNF→partner) and Y-score (partner→NDNF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
