NCOA7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NCOA7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,007 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NCOA7-associated genes across cancer lineages are FOXRED1, ING2, and RN7SL681P. Each is linked with NCOA7 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NCOA7-to-partner and partner-to-NCOA7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FOXRED1 grouped by NCOA7-low versus NCOA7-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NCOA7→partner) and Y-score (partner→NCOA7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
