NCMAP-DT

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NCMAP-DT RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,073 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NCMAP-DT-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Bile acid metabolic process, Ubiquitin-dependent protein catabolic process via the multivesicular body sorting pathway, and Regulation of glucose import. Each is linked with NCMAP-DT in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NCMAP-DT-to-partner and partner-to-NCMAP-DT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Bile acid metabolic process grouped by NCMAP-DT-low versus NCMAP-DT-high in ESCA.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NCMAP-DT→partner) and Y-score (partner→NCMAP-DT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
