Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NCL protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,153 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NCL-associated genes across cancer lineages are FARSB, TIGD1, and IL1R1. Each is linked with NCL in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NCL-to-partner and partner-to-NCL results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NCL versus FARSB in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NCL→partner) and Y-score (partner→NCL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
