NCF1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NCF1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 159 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NCF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR6780B, CCL27, and ZNF25-DT. Each is linked with NCF1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NCF1-to-partner and partner-to-NCF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR6780B grouped by NCF1-low versus NCF1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NCF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NCF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
