Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NCBP1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,520 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NCBP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MYBL2, FAM83D, and EZH2. Each is linked with NCBP1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NCBP1-to-partner and partner-to-NCBP1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NCBP1 versus MYBL2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NCBP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NCBP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
