NCAPD2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NCAPD2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,464 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NCAPD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PINX1, OPCML-IT2, and RNA5SP536. Each is linked with NCAPD2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NCAPD2-to-partner and partner-to-NCAPD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PINX1 grouped by NCAPD2-low versus NCAPD2-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NCAPD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NCAPD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
