NBPF19

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NBPF19 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 30 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NBPF19-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU4-35P, RNU4-91P, and RNY4P3. Each is linked with NBPF19 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NBPF19-to-partner and partner-to-NBPF19 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU4-35P grouped by NBPF19-low versus NBPF19-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NBPF19→partner) and Y-score (partner→NBPF19) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
