Across TCGA patient cohorts, NBEAP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,113 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NBEAP1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of translational initiation, Golgi organization, and Negative regulation of telomere maintenance. Each is linked with NBEAP1 in more than 22 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NBEAP1-to-partner and partner-to-NBEAP1 results are reported.
