Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NBEA protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,318 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NBEA-associated genes across cancer lineages are PHBP13, SCAND3P1, and SRSF12. Each is linked with NBEA in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NBEA-to-partner and partner-to-NBEA results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NBEA versus PHBP13 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.64.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NBEA→partner) and Y-score (partner→NBEA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
