Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NBEA mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,280 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NBEA-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATP5F1B, CHCHD4, and TIMM21. Each is linked with NBEA in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NBEA-to-partner and partner-to-NBEA results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ATP5F1B grouped by NBEA-low versus NBEA-high in COAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NBEA→partner) and Y-score (partner→NBEA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
