NATD1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NATD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,619 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NATD1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PAFAH1B1, PRMT3, and SEPTIN8. Each is linked with NATD1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NATD1-to-partner and partner-to-NATD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NATD1 versus PAFAH1B1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NATD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NATD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
