NATD1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NATD1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,265 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NATD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CRTAC1, GEN1, and COL1A1. Each is linked with NATD1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NATD1-to-partner and partner-to-NATD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NATD1 versus CRTAC1 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.68.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NATD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NATD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
