NAT8L

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NAT8L RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,827 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NAT8L-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MSI1, KIF1A_S937, and PRKAR2B. Each is linked with NAT8L in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NAT8L-to-partner and partner-to-NAT8L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NAT8L→partner) and Y-score (partner→NAT8L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
