NAT8B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NAT8B RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,487 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NAT8B-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SAMHD1, LGALS9, and PARP9. Each is linked with NAT8B in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NAT8B-to-partner and partner-to-NAT8B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NAT8B→partner) and Y-score (partner→NAT8B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
