Across TCGA patient cohorts, NASP RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,406 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NASP-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SUPT16H, CHAF1B, and FEN1. Each is linked with NASP in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NASP-to-partner and partner-to-NASP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NASP versus SUPT16H in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.68.
