Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NASP protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,017 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NASP-associated genes across cancer lineages are SMC2, SASS6, and MCM7. Each is linked with NASP in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NASP-to-partner and partner-to-NASP results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NASP versus SMC2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NASP→partner) and Y-score (partner→NASP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
