NAPA-AS1

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NAPA-AS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,232 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NAPA-AS1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PSIP1_S129, HSPH1, and CHAMP1_S204. Each is linked with NAPA-AS1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NAPA-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-NAPA-AS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NAPA-AS1 versus PSIP1_S129 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.30.
