NALCN

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NALCN RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 22,510 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NALCN-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PRELP, TMEM119, and MAP1A. Each is linked with NALCN in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NALCN-to-partner and partner-to-NALCN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NALCN versus PRELP in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.72.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NALCN→partner) and Y-score (partner→NALCN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
