NALCN

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NALCN mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 103 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NALCN-associated genes across cancer lineages are Cyclin-E1, 4E-BP1, and Bcl-2. Each is linked with NALCN in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NALCN-to-partner and partner-to-NALCN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cyclin-E1 grouped by NALCN-low versus NALCN-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NALCN→partner) and Y-score (partner→NALCN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
