NAIPP4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NAIPP4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,317 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NAIPP4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HDGFL3, CTBP1, and KANK2. Each is linked with NAIPP4 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NAIPP4-to-partner and partner-to-NAIPP4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NAIPP4 versus HDGFL3 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NAIPP4→partner) and Y-score (partner→NAIPP4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
