Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, NAIPP4 RNA is linked to patient survival in 21 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated NAIPP4 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher NAIPP4 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NAIPP4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM and PAAD show a favorable association.

ACC, SKCM, and LGG are the cancer types where NAIPP4 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
