Across TCGA patient cohorts, NADK mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,643 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NADK-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-693P, MIR190A, and RN7SL26P. Each is linked with NADK in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NADK-to-partner and partner-to-NADK results are reported.
